Sometimes life can be difficult – whether you are dealing with the loss of a loved one, managing anxiety or feeling a sense of overwhelm that makes life a struggle, counselling can help to support you through these times.

Individual Therapy

– Online therapy (via Zoom, Telephone or Email) to adults living anywhere in the UK.
– In person counselling is available to people living locally within Bournemouth/Christchurch.

We provide short and long term therapy and work with you to offer the flexibility and support you need.

We offer writing for well being groups and workshops to help explore different ways to manage wellbeing. These groups and workshops are open to anyone with an interest in exploring more about how writing may help them explore more about themselves.
